First and foremost, I apologize for this being a selfie. I'm uncomfortable, you're uncomfortable, it's fine. That being said, I find it interesting how the blinds in my living room created a sort of gobo affect on my face as the sun shone through them! I noticed that the shadows from the blinds have the power to distort my features, such as making my eyelashes look longer where the shadow meets the corner of my eye, or distorting the shape of my nose. Would gobos on the stage be able to have the same effect on a performer's face? Or would it be too large of a space to really be able to have this effect?
